Dans cet atelier, nous explorerons le bassin comme un canal reliant le haut et le bas, le soutien et le désir, l’impulsion et l’ancrage.
À travers des pratiques somatiques guidées et d’ancrage, le toucher conscient, l’exploration du mouvement et l’écoute intérieure, nous cultiverons un espace sûr pour nous connecter à ce centre vital tout en activant son intelligence structurelle, émotionnelle et intuitive.
En éveillant la conscience du bassin vers le bas, nous établissons une relation claire avec le sol et reprenons le soutien et le courage nécessaires pour accueillir notre propre plaisir et notre joie.
Un appel à écouter le corps à travers sa rencontre avec le sol ; ce lieu d’où émerge le soutien, nous aidant à structurer le corps afin de recevoir et de soutenir nos élans de mouvement expansifs.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the pelvis as a channel connecting above and below, support and desire, impulse and grounding.
Through guided somatic and grounding practices, conscious touch, movement exploration, and inner listening, we’ll cultivate a safe space to connect with this vital center — activating its structural, emotional, and intuitive intelligence.
By awakening awareness from the pelvis down, we establish a clear relationship with the ground and reclaim the support and courage needed to embrace our own pleasure and joy.
A call to listen to the body through its encounter with the ground — the place from which support emerges, helping us to structure the body in order to receive and sustain our expansive movement flows.
